Healthcare call center advocates: working from home
must be flexible between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Sunday: Production schedules are based on attendance and performance during practice.
- Conductor Business Services—Remote
- Starting salary is $15.00 per hour.
- Workout : 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

On the role of the call center advocate in healthcare:
As a member of the Healthcare Call Center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customer needs, and answering customer questions. They handle a constant volume of incoming customer calls while navigatingmultiple systems simultaneously.
Our call center agents are members of a support team.
Your outstanding customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.
Your punctuality and reliability are the keys to the success of our customers.
Some of the questions you might get as a healthcare call center advocate include:
- Can youtell me that glasses are covered by this policy?
- I lost my identity card. Can you help me get a new one?
Requirements
- 100% training attendance During our training period, no time can be wasted when you are assigned a position.
- excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Mastery of keyboard and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- high school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Ability to successfully complete a required paid training program.
- Successful completion of the background check required for this position
Equipment and work space requirements
- We provide you with a computer and equipment.
- You must have a home internet connection of >10 Mbps (you can do a quick check on fast.com).
- You should be able to connect your work computer directly to your home modem via Ethernet.
- Must have a quiet place to work.
