Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Conduent Business Services: Remote but must be within reachable distance of Guaynabo
Starting wage is $13.67 per hour.

On the role of the bilingual healthcare customer service representative:
As a member of the Healthcare Call Center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customer needs, and answering customer questions. They handle a constant volume of incoming customer calls while navigatingmultiple systems simultaneously.
Our call center agents are members of a support team.Your outstanding customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and reliability are the keys to the success of our customers.
Some of the questions you might get as a healthcare call center advocate include:
- Can youhelp me fill out my prescriptions?
- Do you know the tracking details for my order?
Requirements
We are looking for people with a passion for helping others, natural empathy, and the determination to provide a comprehensive solution to these health issues. Customer service experience is a plus but not essential.To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 100% training attendance During our training period, no time can be wasted when you are assigned a position.
- excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Mastery of keyboard and software
- Great problem-solving skills.
- ability to multitask effectively
- high school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
- Successful completion of the background check required for this position
Equipment and workplace requirements
- We provide you with a computer and equipment.
- You must have a home internet connection >10 Mbps (you can do a quick check on fast.com).
- You should be able to connect your work computer directly to your home modem via Ethernet.
- Must have a quiet place to work.
